• The videos we want to create include instructional videos, explainer videos and multi-media formats for story telling.
• Rising Talent Welcome! You need to have some demonstrable skills with video creation and editing, even if you don't have paid work experience as a video editor.

This role is more than a job; it's a chance to engage in impactful creative endeavors within a team that values your contribution. The right candidate will find a home in our mission-driven environment, supporting our "Famous Author" in achieving his visionary objectives.

You will be helping him tell his stories in the video format, and helping with our long term goal to develop simple explainer videos to help all types of learners take advantage of AI and digital formats.

The ideal candidate will be extremely flexible, patient, and good natured. Experience with individuals with special needs and talents would be a bonus.

This role in on-site and located in Norwalk/Westport. This role comes with the flexibility to accommodate your schedule, offering up to $30 per hour depending on experience and skills, with payroll benefits.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Proficiency with video editing and creation. Edit and organize video footage to tell great stories.
• Ability to patiently teach / tutor others how you do what you do.
• A portfolio showcasing your illustrative talents.
• Availability for part-time work with flexible hours. Options for days, weekends, and early evenings—we're open to accommodating the right person.
• Ideally, this is a long-term position. Relationships and trust matter, and those are built over time.
• A patient demeanor, open to taking direction and feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete requisite online training.
• Strong character references are required.

Skills and Related Skills:

·    Video Editing, Video Editing for You Tube, Tik Tok, Reels

·   iMovie, and other simple video editing software AI Image Creation (Nice to have but not required)

·   Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Apple Devices
